UPDATE (Febuary 1, 2024):
  When I first tabbed this in 2003, I only had the MIDI file, and it turns out
  that the MIDI didn't get the background guitar quite right. While re-tabbing
  it, I also learned that the CD soundtrack version sounds a half-step lower
  than the music heard in the actual game, so I've included both versions.
